QA/QC Introduction

We have 5 in-house quality control departments responsible for the following tasks:
1) Mold Troubleshooting and Inspection Department: Before production, all molds must be inspected to ensure they have the right parameters
2) Cutting Department: During cutting they are responsible for inspecting the printing and typeset to ensure the size according to the parameters provided by the Technology Department
3) Pressing Department: During production, they are responsible for quality and quantity
4) Packing Department: They must completely clean and inspect the surface and quality
5) Product Control Department: All products checked by the above teams 5% of each lot is selected for testing. If these items meet the requirements, then the products can be packed and delivered
